"They were very friendly and thorough. The home is a 1971 home on the beach and the ducts were terribly filthy, clogged up with dust, sand and grime, perhaps the ducts have never been cleaned. Breezy took on the job and worked hard to clean the ducts thoroughly, and now we can breathe easy in our home! I would recommend them and use them again!"

"Tech said furnace too old to repair He told us there'd be no charge for his visit & he'd have Ron come out to bid replacement. After several weeks with no word from Ron or anyone else from Robben we received a call wanting payment of $98. We have not received a bill nor the requested bid. The woman told me she'd talk to Ron. I told her not to bother we'd gotten cold without heat and gave up on them. We've gone through another company."

He went out to his truck and came back in with the box and said the part was $10. It took him one hour to replace the part. He spent another half hour trying to sell us on a heat pump. We received a bill with a total amount of $250 - no break down whatsoever. When we called we learned that we were being charged, 2 hours service time and $58 for the part. We disputed the charges and were told that either we pay the entire bill or we'll be sent to collections. They refused to send us an itemized bill. We were sent to collections the next day. We will be reporting this business to the BBB and will see them in small claims court. Make sure to look up reviews on other sites regarding this company. They have a history of unethical business practices. Use ANY other company - this place is fraudulent!"
