I paid $300 in June 2019. They contacted me once to schedule a date/time. I replied my schedule was flexible. Then I never heard back from them again with a date to perform the service. Work not done. Lost paid money.

Contractor showed up early, and took care of everything very well. Worked in a cramped laundry room, and cleaned out 2 years worth of dryer lint. Was done quickly and we hope to work with them again next time it is needed.

The lady who answered our call was very professional and scheduled an appointment in a very reasonable time. A few days later she called on a Sunday to let us know they had a canceled appointment and wanted to know if we would like their service in about an hour and a half. They arrived on time, were very friendly, professional, and finished their work in a timely manner. Now, we will have them do annual inspections and cleanings. Fantastic company to work with. Timely, tidy, just all around careful men! Job completed and couldn't believe what obviously was overlooked by the previous company. That was a "special price. Would hire this company again without question. Everything up front, no surprises.

Just wow! Our ducts were in a horrible state, probably never been cleaned and partially buried under the dirt in our crawlspace. There were massive leaks and even in our dinky house the air flow could hardly be felt out of the vents, and what did come out was filled with dust and who knows what else considering the varmint problems we've experienced in the past. The team came out on a Saturday which is huge so I didn't have to take time off of work, and a job that seemed to me to be pretty big only took 3 guys 2 hours start to finish!! The air current coming out now is so strong that our curtains move- something I have not witnessed in our home in 6 years; and the temperature in our back rooms are within a degree of the main living space now instead of being a freezer. I cant wait to start saving money on our heating and cooling bills while also being comfortable in our home, and I also look forward to not having to dust everything multiple times a week and suffering from less dust allergies. I am so grateful for the fast and great work Jesus and his team accomplished for us and it was surprisingly affordable. Thank you!!!

We had mice in our HVAC ducts. Jesus from Northwest Duct Services promptly came out to give us an estimate and then scheduled the repairs and duct cleaning on a Sunday so that we could be rid of the mice as soon as possible. When Jesus and his helper did the work, they were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. We couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

Scheduled and completed on a SATURDAY afternoon in December! Jesus called and said he was running ahead of schedule and he showed up early! Had everything to do the job, completed (nice job too!) and included cleaning the upstairs or plenum. They added 90 degree metal elbows to each vent so that the ducts (flexible) were not just hanging off the vents which made it hard to clean and usually required a re-attachment. No more of that! They completed the job per the estimate and cleaned up afterwards. Great job.

Working with Jesus was a fantastic experience. He came out the same day (on a Saturday, no less) and diagnosed and performed the work required (our dryer vent was so clogged the dryer had stopped working; he cleaned the system and replaced some plastic tubing that we could see had become a fire hazard). Would recommend without reservation.

Workers were prompt and provided clear information about what was being done. When it seemed there was an air flow issue after the service, the technician returned and found an issue on the ducts in the crawl space that was corrected and improved the air flow. While in the crawl space he spotted a serious leak in a drain pipe and notified us of it in order that we could get plumbers to rectify the water leak problem. Also provided advise on furnace filter cleaning/replacement to minimize potential allergens.

I had never had the ducts in my house cleaned. I have lived here for 28 years so as you can imagine the dirt/dust had built up. North west was very professional and didn’t excellent job and I would refer them to anyone

They got back to me with a price within a day of requesting a quote. I called to schedule and Jesus got back to within 24 hours. He was flexible on the schedule as I had to reschedule once. When he got here, he explained what he was going to do, and kept us apprised of his progress. It took 2 hrs, which he what he said when he arrived. He even readjusted a gas line that was interfering with the dryer vent, even though it was extremely difficult to access, and I had only expected him to clean from the outside.

Jesus was punctual, polite and did a great job! I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing this service.
