 + 0 moreProvider arrived from Ohio on the agreed-upon date, and began inspecting the damages immediately. He made a list of the materials he would need, and purchased them first thing the next day. This provider was meticulous in his work, and did not leave a task until it was completed. I have not seen such a degree of professionalism in years. I would have him back in a second. One notable trait is that he has talents not usually associated with crime scene or bio-hazard cleanup, namely in carpentry and electricity.
Description of Work: Cleanup of the basement after a flood. He checked area for mold and the paneling for flood damage. Removed items damaged by water. Ordered and picked up equipment and chemicals, i.e. face masks, surgical gloves, mold inhibiting solutions, cleaning solutions, etc. Did a cleaning and resurfacing of the tile floor. Checked and then did interior cleaning of the washer and dryer, and installed new vents. He purchased and installed baseboard. He then painted all four walls, and installed new baseboard electrical outlets after checking the wiring for water damage.
