They came out quickly, found the source of mold and I received the report in little over a weeks. Then I was referred to a company who instructed me with the supplies and instructions on how to eradicate the mold.

I had concern about my water in my house because I have radon in my house which can be in water to so I had to do a radon test to for my water I called the mold company which they give me the answer I had high levels of radon in my water and they told me what to do they were so helpful and kind and answered all my questions I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

The man who came out to do the testing seemed great, but he was just a local contractor. The **report** they generated was boilerplate and did not have any great detail. When I spoke to them on the phone they recommended removing the mold myself and forwarded me to Biocide Labs, who over the phone sold me $1600 of product then never sent an order confirmation or receipt. That was on a Friday. That Monday I called to return it and they claim its non-returnable due to being **EPA-registered**. They said they are going to *talk to someone and get back to me* then never called back. Multiple calls back and the same response. Mold Test Company should not be recommending these people. I am wondering how they are connected at all. I have a call into the EPA about it now and I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. I would avoid and call a local company.

The inspector was thorough within the limits of the initial test; air quality. Additional swabs and analysis are, of course, additional expense.
