Wonderful experience came and did a great job would recommend.

Scott was very knowledgeable concerning the mold I had in our attic, much more than the other company we had called to give us a inspection and quote. He did a test before treatment and after to confirm the mold was eliminated. He was also flexible with scheduling a time to inspect and do the mold redemption, due to both me and my wife working 5 days a week.

Scott was very responsive to our urgent situation (my wife had allergic reaction to mold from a plumbing leak). He was able to find a way to re-arrange his schedule and solve our situation promptly and effectively. He followed up and delivered on everything we discussed. We highly recommend Security First.

He did not honor the contract, the 5 year warranty. He also did not inspect the home like he was supposed to he just sprayed the two areas that I saw and left. The two areas where he sprayed mold is still coming back in those areas he treated. Very unprofessional.

I am satisfied with the job they did overall. My mold problem is resolved. The only thing is, I did not realize that they do not replace the drywall. Now, I have to find someone to do that. I guess that is my fault for not asking, but they could have mentioned that.

I just bought a house and a small area with mold was found. Scott was great and kept in communication before the job. He was open to answer my questions as well.

Scott came out the very next day and did an inspection and talked with us and helped us thru the project.

Excellent work at removing our mold problem. The only thing that we were unaware of is that if they need to cut out drywall, they do not repair it so we had to hire another contractor but overall great work.
