"This updated review is long overdue and I apologize. Two years ago I needed some repair work done to my stack stone mailbox it was leaning due to excessive water erosion below it. I contacted multiple contractors including QPS without realizing it was the original firm that did the work in 2011. I didn’t expect any warranty coverage for the repair. Rob showed up, immediately recognized me, we reconciled and we proceeded to go over the needed work. Without hesitation, Rob, immediately said he would fix the work and not charge me for the labor or materials. I was floored, like I stated, he did the work over 5 years ago at the time, I expected nothing. He went above and beyond to make it right, above any expectations I had. He worked great with my schedule and got the repair done wonderfully over engineered for the need. Lesson for me, seek understanding, and above all, and in all, Grace! "We are in our 80’s and decided we needed to make our flower beds smaller and more manageable. At this time, we had at least 15 large beds and they were all full of weeds. Since we could no longer maintain these beds, we started searching for a landscaping company that could take care of all this for us. We went through a website called Angi and found several names to choose from. We selected Ground Breakers Landscaping & Demolition. The owner of this business is Sean Griffin. Sean responded immediately, gave us an estimate, we accepted, and he went straight to work. Not only did he and his crew do what we paid for (edging, mulching, weeding, planting grass where needed), they went above and beyond (to make everything look good), mulching around our trees, cleaning out an area of our backyard and putting in mulch and gravel, and made our fire pit area very nice. After showing us what he could do, we hired him to clean out an overgrown area along our driveway and he did an exceptional job with that as well. We are very pleased with Ground Breakers Landscaping & Demolition, especially with Sean. He is a very knowledgeable and caring individual who goes above and beyond what is expected of him. We purchased flowers from Sean, at a discount, Everything is just what we expected, and more. We will be having him, and his crew come back monthly to do the upkeep on our gardens."

"They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work."
