Joseph's Landscape & Patio

They did an ok job. The crew took a week vacation after starting the job. I would have scheduled the job later if I had known that. Overall, I would hire again.

Could have done a better job. I Did not get what I paid for. It looks like a rush job. I sent pictures of some of the things that were wrong I was told that they would be fixed and they never were. Nice people but mediocre work. I have spaces in my landscaping that could use more rocks in it, which I did myself with the overflow of rock I have left.

We had high hopes for our new patio, but the workmanship was below average at best. It looks like they used subpar pavers, as many of them have large chips missing or corners knocked off. Many pavers have staining. They dug a french drain along the patio but left the sliver of grass between the patio and drain there--it looked horrible. The french drain was not straight and was wider at one end. My husband had to dig out the grass strip and add more river rock to even it out. They sanded the patio and then left it uncovered when they knew it was supposed to rain that night, which it did. My husband even told them it was supposed to rain. Much of the sand was washed away and there are now huge gaps between many of the pavers. We asked Joe to come back out and fix the staining and fill the sand again which was done, but it still looks bad and many pavers are still missing sand. Last, the grading is not correct because the rain runs into the corner of our house on the edge of the patio. They put all debris in one huge dumpster and when the truck went to haul it away, the door opened (it was never latched) and it spilled on our brand new driveway. My 66 year old husband had to help the guy shovel it all back into the dumpster. I'm glad some customers thought they were good but I would never recommend them.

He did such a good job I sent him to my sons house. I like everything about their work. They are very professional, polite and engaging.

I cannot say enough good things about Joseph and his team! They were extremely professional, do excellent work, and did everything with a smile and in a timely fashion. Joseph is great at communicating every step of the way. He provided a thorough assessment and several options to suit our needs and budget! Would rehire in a second!
