"Currently not satisfied I noticed nothing has been updated on here in two years a lot can change. They have been out twice with no solution Istill have water coming in my basement. No phone call returned to explain my coverage as it was transferred from previous owner? They spent over 18,000 dollars and we were told this only covers one wall? How can there be a lifetime warranty on a basement only covering one wall?"

"I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! "This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I had work done on a crawl space and the replacement and addition of a backup sump pump. The work was scheduled to be completed all at once. On the first scheduled day/time, no one showed up. I texted the scheduling team and after approximately 3 hours it was determined that the technician was not going to be able to make it because he was still working at the previous days job. On the second scheduled day, it was determined that measurements were not accurately taken for the crawl space so that work could not be completed. They were able to install the new sump pump and the backup pump. However, they did not schedule the electrician to install the correct outlet. The third scheduled day no one informed me it was on the schedule. The only reason I knew about it was because the technician actually called to say he was not going to make it. The fourth day the electrician came and installed the outlet. The fifth day the technician could not do the work because the plumber needed to move a pipe had not been scheduled. The sixth day the work was finally completed. After taking so much time off of work, I asked for a discount which I did not receive!!!!! It is very sad because I have used them before and was very happy with the quality of the work. I will not ever use them again and I would recommend anyone who is considering using them to look elsewhere. There are a lot of quality b"

"Company was great from start to finish. I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. It turned out great. The deck looks awesome, the sunroom finally matches the house color and the new windows to the basement are secure. I’d hire them again."

"We found Hydra about 20 years ago when we needed to fight dampness in our basement. Pat Kirby had recently started Hydra after gaining experience at a well known basement waterproofing company. He and his crew did a great job keeping water out of our split level house with two collection systems and two pumps. Now when we have any issue or just want the pumps checked we call Noe the Operations Manager and he is a joy to work with. If you have a water issue, don't hesitate to call Hydra, there is a reason they have 5 stars -consistently superb, honest, friendly service at a reasonable price for more than 20 years."

"Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."
