Would highly recommend Jimenez Construction excellent work excellent quality only took them one day had multiple estimates for a 12x7 deck when they came out they were our last estimate after taking all of the measurements he recommended that we go with a 16x7 he felt that would be a better fit for our front porch and keep the railing from being too close to our front window greatly appreciated his input after receiving their estimate we called them right back to tell them we wanted them to do our work they came out the next day we signed the contract pay the down payment they started work the next day and finished in one day had to come back for a few hours to finish up the skirting because it took time for it to come in it was not in stock that was the only delay would highly recommend this company for any remodeling construction needs they will be coming back in a couple weeks to do our awning and will call them in the future if we have any other projects that need done the crew that came out and did the work were very professional cleaned up all their mess and did excellent carpentry work would recommend to anyone who wants quality work at a quality price

The work was performed professionally and according to schedule. Before the work began the project coordinator and the owner came to my house and made sure they understood exactly what I wanted, such as the placement of the deck and the steps, the type of skirting, etc. The total cost of the project was very reasonable, especially compared with another quote I received. The project coordinator was courteous and helpful and very quick to respond to my questions and comments both by text and phone. Overall I am pleased with the quality of the work on the deck, and with the service and price.

The group showed up early and got started, they removed the old patio stones and started on the new wooden deck, they worked in extreme heat and never stopped they got everything framed up and had the job done in about 8 hours, they even added an extra handrail just because they thought it was needed. Payment was easy and the cost was very reasonable. I will be hiring them again to repair my fence.

Crew was very knowledgeable, respective of property and hard workers. They completed the job on time and were receptive to a few additional tasks. Company very easy to work with and communication during the construction was consistent and appreciated.

It turned out way better and cheaper than I expected! Fast workers done in 3 days. Including siding and doors and I had no problem with inspections. I couldn’t off asked for anything better!
