They did a great job with our project. They were very professional, great attention to details. Finished the project in two days as promised.

Overall well, work was done timely and solid construction. Workers were courteous and considerate. Original estimate was for complete removal of all framing, windows, drywall, and trim in bay window. Dry wall was not removed or replaced. Flashing for new roof does not match with most brown and a few pieces of bright silver. New windows installed without installation of metal window lifts.

I hired Jimenez 24/7 Construction LLC to build a 14'x18' post-frame building I designed using the Menards.com website. This structure was crucial as a new shelter for my two mini-donkeys after their previous barn was destroyed by a windstorm. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend this contractor, especially if you’re considering a Menards post-frame barn. The project was: building materials arrived on three pallets, and the construction instructions were like an erector set with detailed prints and tips from Menards. Jimenez 24/7 Construction LLC put in significant time and effort to figure everything out, demonstrating their flexibility and problem-solving skills. Unlike many contractors, they were open to my comments and suggestions throughout the process, making it a truly collaborative experience. Another standout aspect was their flexibility with payment scheduling, accommodating my preferences without any hesitation. Their willingness to adapt made the process even smoother. The project was completed in November under tough weather conditions—it rained or snowed nearly every day except one. Despite this, the team worked diligently through rain and snow, staying committed to getting the job done on time and to a high standard. Eudes, Kreana, and team did an excellent job installing PVC trim on my porch/veranda skirt. Lots of miters on this project. All were done precisely with tight fits on all trim pieces. The team designed two options for trimming the stairs leading to the veranda. The stairs look fantastic. Pricing was very fair and the turnaround time was super fast. Bexley house which is older and more challenging to rehab.

Jimenez did a great job tearing out and rebuilding our deck with composite decking and metal railing. They communicated well and showed up on time. We would call for future projects.

We were caught off-guard when another company that we had hired to remove an old deck and install a paver patio discovered that the same deck supported our enclosed porch and that the side of the porch was therefore exposed and unfinished. The company did not have a carpenter on staff and could not recommend one who would call me back, so we had to find one quickly to do the work while the materials that had arrived for the patio sat in our driveway. After trying different porch and deck companies who appear on Angi’s list, I had the good fortune to call Jimenez 24/7 Construction. They came out the same day to give us an estimate, and two days later, they completed the repair and also constructed a small deck to replace an old one on the other side of the porch. I can’t say enough about their dedication and responsiveness, the quality of their work, and the reasonable cost. We intend to use them again and we highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend Jimenez Construction excellent work excellent quality only took them one day had multiple estimates for a 12x7 deck when they came out they were our last estimate after taking all of the measurements he recommended that we go with a 16x7 he felt that would be a better fit for our front porch and keep the railing from being too close to our front window greatly appreciated his input after receiving their estimate we called them right back to tell them we wanted them to do our work they came out the next day we signed the contract pay the down payment they started work the next day and finished in one day had to come back for a few hours to finish up the skirting because it took time for it to come in it was not in stock that was the only delay would highly recommend this company for any remodeling construction needs they will be coming back in a couple weeks to do our awning and will call them in the future if we have any other projects that need done the crew that came out and did the work were very professional cleaned up all their mess and did excellent carpentry work would recommend to anyone who wants quality work at a quality price
