"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "I hired Drew to paint and replace the trim in my living room. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. After he painted there were several areas where it had not been sanded down enough so the patching showed through the paint. In addition, when he sanded he did not cover anything so there was dust all over my living room, kitchen and dining room. He did vacuum but it did not get up everything and so I had to mop several times and had to wipe down furniture, counters and appliances. Lastly, I had to pay extra to have someone come and haul away all of the old trim. I assumed it would be part of the job. In fairness, it was not in the quote but I felt like that should have been made clear. Drew is a really nice guy, seems like he is just starting out because he did not have all of the tools he needed. Again, a really nice guy, he worked hard, it just was not the result I was expecting. And now I am paying someone else to do the job over again."
