Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing.

They provided a professional and timely estimate.

I hired them to sweep the chimneys for my fireplace and woodburning stove. A tech arrived on time and was pleasant. However he admitted he was new to the company and industry and after looking at the fireplace and woodburning stove informed me that he was not familiar with the two systems and could not do the work. He took pictures and told me his boss- the company owner- would call me the following week to set a time for a more experienced person to do the work. They never called. I called twice and left messages that were not returned. I appreciate the fact the tech did not try and do the job he was not comfortable with and mess something up. However very disappointed they did not call back or at least return my calls. I guess they were not interested since it was a more challenging job.

Excellent! The company called promptly and showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and able to show me what needed done in my chimney via camera. He also cleaned up after himself too!

I was a little Leary as they wanted half payment down when brick was chosen and date locked in, but since most contractors don't do that, but my fears were eased as they started when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. I would hire again.

Mark Moseley came out to inspect for quote when he said he would. Quote was done quickly and they were able to come out within a couple of weeks. The two workers were courteous. I was hoping Mark would actually come out and inspect the work done but he didn't. Also when I got the quote I told him I got his name from Angie list. I had forgotten to tell him that I had a 10% off coupon for the work done and called the office to ask if I could still use it. The office worker said no I should've told him before hand. I don't understand what difference it what is going to make unless they were going to increase the price knowing that I had a coupon. So I am hoping, since I know nothing about chimneys, that the work that was done was done well.

Very pleased with the services performed. Everything was punctual, professional, and efficient from the inspection and estimate visit to the repair services. Workers were clean and careful around the property, and kept us informed of their progress. The work areas were picked up and cleaned after completion of the repairs. The new crown looks great and the we're happy to be using the fireplace again. All work included in the estimate was completed exactly as promised and we had no issues with anything needing to be redone or called back for completion. I'd highly recommend! Compared to another company we had provide an inspection and estimate, Moseley personnel were factual and informative in their assessment of the chimney condition and didn't use "scare tactics" and pressure. Moseley's pricing was the best as well.

The cleaning went well and the inspection was very thorough. The guys that worked on the chimney took a lot of time nakibg sure that the inspection was complete and what options were available. I have not received an estimate for the work however even after calling the office to check if they had all my contact information. It's been weeks and still don't have a work estimate.

Mark and his crew were awesome. Always showed up on time and did a great job.

They were awesome! We were due to start on a Tuesday but called on Monday to request that they be able to set up the scaffolding. They arrived at 0930 every day and worked through till 5:00. They were very professional and answered all of our questions as the work progressed. Our home was built in 1972 and they did a great job picking brick that was a very close match. In addition, they carefully ground and re-tucked the mortar on remaining older portion of the chimney giving it a new appearance as well. This has really added value to our home and improved its over all appearance.

Excellent. Dan was professional and friendly. He found a couple of maintenance issues in regards to our chimney that will need addressed. He encouraged me to view those issues so as the homeowner I would be well informed as to what needed to be taken care of. He also advised on water sealing our chimney to help preserve it's integrity for years to come. We are currently in the process of scheduling the necessary repairs to be completed and are looking forward to working with Dan again.

Provider recommended course of action first liners than chimney caps because of interior leaks. I agreed with prognosis but had to put caps on. Tuck pointing was good, and effort was made to match color of mortar. Mosley was the most responsive of masonry companies I contacted.

All went very well. The cost estimate and planned work match what they promised. Team arrived on time and did a great job and cleaned up well.

Provided an estimate for a rebuild of our chimney. They were prompt, friendly, and informative. Their estimate was fair and competitive, and we did narrow it down to two service providers - they were one of the final two. In fact, Mosley and the other stood out from the rest in our minds. We did not use them only because of a time issue. However, we would strongly recommend that anyone interested in chimney work, call Mosley for an estimate.
