Finished Basements Plus of Galena Ohio We use Metal Studs for walls. Mold Resistant Drywall for an Allerngine free Basement. Wood walls. absorb moisture and Mold Grows. Outlets every 10 to 12 foot apart and 6 in can/recessed Led Lights. We recommend the 12mm water resistant Aqua gard laminate flooring. "I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!! We love it so much and our kids are already playing in the big open room!! Thanks again Todd and team for making our home even more beautiful and for completing the project on time!! "Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."

"MIRACLE METHOD SURFACE REFINISH REVIEW 3/2/2025 I recently had wall tiles installed in my tub/shower surround and was shocked at how bad my old bathtub looked against the new tiles. My contractor and plumber recommended Miracle Method, so I felt confident in having them refinish my bathtub. Jerry was the contractor for my job, which took 2 half days. Day 1: Jerry did a powerful cleaning and removed the grouting/caulking that touched the tub. After preparing the tub, he then sprayed on the paint. Day 2: Jerry came back to buff and polish the tub and apply a non-skid finish on the tub's bottom. He then reapplied the grouting. My tub looks like it’s brand new. Well done, Jerry! I would recommend Miracle Method Surface Refinish. They were easy to work with and provided a professional refinish. I was, however, surprised at how costly this was. Linda Whitacre"
