It detailed all the work to be done and the materials to be used so we knew what to expect and what we were getting right from the start. Ashley was a tremendous help selecting paint colors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting to achieve the look that we wanted. Fred, Johnny, Jensen, Devin, Joe, David, and Jessica all worked on tasks in the basement at various times during the project. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were very responsive whenever we had questions about the work. They arrived punctually each day and let us know if there was going to be a change in work time. They worked hard and were efficient at completing the project. They were well qualified to do the work assigned and did a great job. Beautiful Basements did an excellent job communicating throughout the project. We received texts letting us know what the next task was, who would be performing the work, and what time they would arrive. We received texts the evening before, or the same morning, if there were daily changes due to unforeseen circumstances. A complete and total makeover consisting of new granite countertops, new appliances, new cabinetry, creation of new recessed lighting, painting, some carpentry, and creation of a new pantry. The work crews were on time daily and were both professional and personal. The owner of the company regularly was on site and part of the work crew. Problems that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with . Communication was excellent and the finished product turned out beautiful. After contacting them, they came out within a few days to look at what I wanted done, I needed a set of stairs built for the side entry of my house. They took into account what I wanted and discussed with me how they would get it done. I had an old set of stairs that didn't reach the door so I wanted a landing coming out of the door that would cover up the old stairs and then steps that would lead down to the driveway. They did exactly what I wanted and added a few details that I did not think of. In total it took 2 days to build which is the time frame they said it would take. I will definitely be using them again for any other projects that come up."

"Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."
