Ted Williams was a pleasure to work with professional to work with professional & attentive. His workman seemed to be well-trimmed & knowledgeable. His subcontractor for natural gas hookup was a disappointment.

I assume Lowe's subcontracted this guy so I wouldn't use any of the subcontractors they recommend after this experience. I felt the quality of work with the toilet was a C and the tile floor was a B. Overall it was an average job. There was an oily fluid seeping out of the bottom of the toilet....

Company hired a subcontractor then a week after the sub called me to complain about not getting paid by Sal's Sal's called was very apologetic and professional. The sub had no business calling me. Other than that the inspection went well.
