They then proceeded to dismantle the 18-year old unit and start the installation. They worked efficiently and carefully, getting the new unit ready. "I got a phone call immediately after i clicked on the Foreman button. Gentleman said will be over at 4pm, he was there at 3:45pm. Diagnosed the problem in minutes. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace. It was already after 5pm so he assured me he would be there the next morning with a new unit by 8am. He was and proceeded to install my new unit. Installer was neat and clean, nice and courteous as well. I will definitely be sharing their number with others. Good experience for a bad situation. "
