"I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."

"Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

The estimate was less than what we had been quoted from other companies. "I can not speak higher of All American Waterproofing out of Wadsworth, Ohio! I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road.
