"Unqualified person was sent to my home. When I complained, 'Jessica' the receptionist responded by saying " yeah_ my boss hires old men or kids. I try to tell him, but these (people) are who we have." The non-exterminator failed to identify German cockroaches. As a result the problem was not treated appropriately. I hired Suburban exterminator to handle it now."
