Ace Walco Termite & Pest Control

I have been with them for 38 years and they have been reliable and nice to work with.

I've had nothing but a good experience with Ace Walco. They are very responsive (many times coming out the same day or early the following day) and between their demeanor on the phone to their service men, they've always been kind and customer oriented. They are similar priced to others that do pest control but in my experience you get better customer service with Ace.

We saw cockroaches (water bugs?) in our kitchen cabinets late at night. I think they came in on an appliance earlier that summer. We called shortly before Thanksgiving and we were given details of the treatment options. A technician from Ace Walco came out the next day. The technician was on time and very clear with his explanation of the services he was providing. The services were very quick and we were back in our home in no time. We have not had any issues since.

They did not find any pest issues. He was very punctual and courteous.

They were very professional, responsive, and timely. The documents needed for the sale of the home were provided expediciously. I had used them for my 2 previous homes and was very happy with their services and price. I trust them.

Treatment included mattress and box springs, bedframes, night stands, emptied dressers, emptied closets, all baseboards, all light and outlet boxes (1st time only) and couches. All of the above were were repeated each service, except for all light and outlet boxes. Ace WalcoTermite & Pest Control worked closely with residents in the apartments to direct them in preparing their environments to expedite the professional treatements, with 100% success in eliminating all bed bugs.

As always, they came when scheduled and exceeded our expectations.

They are the best out there. The tech's are knowledgable and they get it right the first time.

They came in and did a pretty good job. They approached the problem a little bit differently than other pest control services. They were very good at responding and coming back when we had some additional problems with ants. I would recommend them to anybody. They did what they were supposed to do.

They came out at the end of the summer and during the winter. We got a plan so they can come and treat it again. We got the plan for this year too. The price was comparable and even a little cheaper than what I had been paying.

I have always had a great experience with them. They are very good and the price is pretty reasonable.

I have a program for a whole year. The only thing it doesn't take care of are the wood destroying insects. They were excellent. They came out right away and eliminated a problem. They did a great job. They came within 4 hours of my call to inspect my house. They did the treatment that same day. They were great and had the problem under control in a very short period of time. They were very knowledgeable including the people in the office. Their price was reasonable for the service they provided. Each time they set up an appointment, they were here on time. They knew what they were doing and they were friendly and did a great job.

They were fine. They were very professional and prompt. They are a family owned business. He seemed to have a pretty good idea of what our problem was and a plan on how to attack it. We almost went with them. We found someone who was as good but a little cheaper.

I have been using them for a long time. I think they have been around for probably close to fifty years in business. I think my grandparents used them too. They have a lot of offices, but the original owner of the company still gets involved. They know what they are doing. I would continue to use them in the future.

HE DOES VERY GOOD WORK. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND WILL CALL YOU IF HE IS GOING TO BE LATE. HE ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME AND I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DO. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND SHOW THEY SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENTS ON TIME.

I HAVE THEM HIRED UNDER AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO EXTERMINATE CARPENTER ANTS. THEY COME WHENEVER I CALL THEM. I WOULD SAY THAT THEY SEEM TO BE AN OKAY COMPANY. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS.

THEY WERE AN OKAY COMPANY. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALSO VERY NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE GOOD ALL AROUND. THE PRICE WAS GOOD TOO.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AFTER I CALLED. I LIKED THEM A LOT, BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
