Sean came to my home as I’m very afraid of rodents and he did an excellent job. He explained to me where the problems are occurring and also took his time with the exterior and interior of my home. I saw results within 24 hours of service. I would highly recommend this company. I ended up getting the service for the year which was very affordable.

We are relief that we don’t see mice around the house. Sean did a great job, professionally, and is a friendly person that we can trust. Since we were panic about the mouse problem while going through the COVID19 crisis, he made our day better by resolving it by catching close to six mice and now we haven’t see not even one. He went beyond with ants as well. We are very happy with him and his company. We’ll definitely hire them again.

We had squirrels between the ceilings and the floor above here in our house in Flushing. Apparently, they got in by climbing the power line and hopping onto the roof. Exterminex is a professionally run organization and they did a fantastic job. Anthony, the technician, was a real pleasure to work with, going above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and friendly. He found a hole just under the roofline where they chewed their way in. He setup a “one-way door”, where the squirrels can get out but they can’t get back in. After a week, we still heard the squirrels, so Anthony returned soon afterward and patiently searched for and found another hole (which was difficult to spot) and he plugged that up. After several day or so NO MORE SQUIRRELS! I greatly appreciate Anthony's excellent work ethic and his personal nature. I also appreciate that Exterminex stood by and honored its company’s guarantee. We’re very happy with their level of service and will surely recommend them to our friends and associates.

Sean who came to visit was great (professional and courteous) and Cindy is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Main concern is that we’ve had to reschedule multiple appointments last minute which has been a major inconvenience due to moving around of plans. Also received 10+ missed calls in a 5 min time span when I was in the middle of an appointment. I understand they were trying to call to let me know they had to reschedule my appointment again but would appreciate a message being left after the first call. Overall good experience (too early to tell about my mice issue but looks like a thorough job) but would appreciate them being able to be more reliable on keeping scheduled appointments.

I cannot say enough terrific things about Doug for exterminex. Not only did he do a terrific job (huge improvement in first week! Not afraid of the basement anymore!), but he’s also so so reassuring! He doesn’t make you feel stupid at all of being nervous or for asking questions. From the first day he came, I already felt way more comfortable.

I recently discovered yellow jackets inside my hose and found Exterminex Pest Control in my research of companies. They were very quick to respond to my questions and I saw the large number of excellent reviews, so I set up an appointment. When I set the appointment, I was told that if I received any quotes that beat theirs, to let them know. I was shocked, but it shows that they stand by their work and want to work with you. I actually received two other quotes that were less and they were more than happy to work with. Their work was fantastic, their communication was prompt and professional. They stand behind their services and have a great business practice. You cannot go wrong with them; I am glad I looked them up and worked with them

GREAT. Came 3 hours after I called. sent very competent and dedicated and nice tech named Doug. Found ground nest in old gopher hole in back yard and smoked out yellowjackets and sprayed in hole and air and dug out nest and turned soil Checked inside adjacent shed. Very thorough. Price fair for work done. Very pleased with this service.

I was told by a plumber it was probably a squirrel or raccoon nest. I called two places, this place gave me an angie's list discount and was $300 cheaper than the other company I called. When they came they told me that it was a plain old birds nest and they removed it and the price charged was $200 dollars less than the squirrel removal. So overall, they came quickly, did a great job, checked the dryer vent and the chimney and prices was so much less than the next company on the list that I called. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a wonderful, professional job and were very careful about how they did it. I didn't need to keep up with them, they came each day to check the traps and it worked!!! I'd definitely use them again, but hope I never need to.

I called Exterminex late yesterday afternoon after discovering a swarm of termites at my house. I spoke to Jason who immediately set me up for an inspection as well as an in depth explanation of the entire process, including price. He stated that a service tech would arrive at my home in 40 minutes. Sal (service tech) showed up in less than 30 minutes. He came in and did a full inspection to verify the need for termite control.Jason then proceeded to set me up for termite extermination service this morning.The service tech (Anthony) called me to verify that he would be at my house by 9 am. He arrived earlier, performed service and answered any and all questions with full explanations. A GREAT experience and I HIGHLY recommend Exterminex!!!.....AAAAA+++++

Jason was very responsive and we made an appointment right away. (This helped to relieve any anxiety on my part of having rodents with young children at home. The men that came were punctual and courteous and explained everything to me (and even more so to my curious 8 year old son). They were safe careful about my newborn son and other young children. We are so happy that we currently have a yearlong contract with them!
