Unqualified person was sent to my home. When I complained, 'Jessica' the receptionist responded by saying " yeah_ my boss hires old men or kids. I try to tell him, but these (people) are who we have." The non-exterminator failed to identify German cockroaches. As a result the problem was not treated appropriately. I hired Suburban exterminator to handle it now.

Be very careful to find out what you are paying for. Three years ago I started ordering annual "ant treatments" for my rental property. I assumed they were treating the entire property but was never able to be there since I work and the property was occupied by my tenant. The first year I paid over $300 for a treatment that worked - no ants for several months. I reordered again last year and again, no ants for a while. In both cases they returned a few months later when the ants reappeared and retreated. This year when my tenant complained, I once again requested an ant treatment for the property in June. My tenant told me the guy that came was in a hurry, rude and did not seem to do a very complete job. I could see around the property that the results were definitely not as good as previous years. I asked them to come back but this time I was there. The guy arrives and while I'm showing him the ants on the property, he's looking very uncomfortable and tells me he doesn't have the chemicals to treat the property and that I did not pay for treating the property. Come to find out what they say I paid for was an "interior and exterior" ant treatment which I guess consists of spraying the inside of the house and around the foundation outside. That's pretty useless on a 2/3 acre property with ant hills all over the place. So for over $300 in 2016 and $200 this year, what you get is the guy walking around the house with a sprayer for all of 5 minutes. I could almost see the ants around the property laughing. Needless to say, I still have ants and will be looking for another exterminator.

We had our annual bee fest. We have an annual infestation. It pops up in a different area every time. They had to cut the bushes. They were living in there. I called them every year. They even come back if there is a problem.

Scientific was called. and they came quickly. This is an excellent company. If you use them once, you will never call any one else,When they came we were told, you don't have a flea problem. This type of bug will be gone in a day or so. ,and they left. No bill was forthcoming. Scientific Exterminating is a breath of fresh air. Top Notch in a class of it's own.

Mark came a week before, to check on "bugs" inside the house. He said ,"you have to spray the outside". He did not charge for this advice. I called him for the outside, and he had it sprayed. This company is "a class act". He came within a few days,after the first call. They are dependable, reliable, reasonable, and very easy to deal with. I am glad I chose them, and would call them again in a heartbeat. Excellent service provider!!

It went very well and we had a great experience.We had a lot of roaches. They had a good price and were on time. I would use them again.

This was the first time I required the need of an exterminator as it appeared I had some stinkbugs residing in my home. I called Scientific and they were able to have an exterminator at my home the very next day. It would have been the same day if I was able to be home for the exterminator but my schedule would not allow for it. The exterminator did a thorough investigation of my home and then sprayed my home and the outside of the house. Thus far I have not seen any more bugs. Hope it stays that way!

This company is great. They came out the same day I called to service my home. We had black ants everywhere! They did a great job, and we haven't seen any ants since!

They were great, timely, receptive and they're very nice. I'm very happy with them. We have a contract with them so they came maybe a month or two ago to get rid of some bees and then more bees came back, and they came and they were done in a day. The initial contract I think was $350 and then you pay quarterly so like $80, but when they come inbetween it's free.

When carried out his suggestions were very useful. We eliminated many areas as possible sources by use of fly paper or sticky boards. I think we finally found the source yesterday. We removed the bricks and dug out the dirt along the wall where they seemed to be coming in.

Went from many ants to zero. We have an annual contract and treat regularly to prevent recurrence. You have to let the ants eat the bait and bring in back to their nests so they can share it-after a while you will stop seeing them. Keep your roof in good condition-leaks = aunts. Make sure tree branches are not touching your house-this is one way new ones can come in.

They are come promptly when you call with a problem. They are terrific. We have used them since 1976. It is the same service tech that comes each time so we are really comfortable with them.

They provided a very competitive estimate, but I went with another company that offered a quarterly check up with the service.

Their prices were very reasonable. We had used other exterminators in the past but they did not achieve what Scientific Exterminating Services did. They were excellent. They also came back out to re-check several times. They were on time and answered any questions we had. We would use them again if needed.

The job was completed quickly and without incident.

They did a good job. We used them when we were selling our home. Since I have never used anyone else I really can’t say what I liked and disliked, they came and did a competent job and went. I would recommend them.

I think they're reputable and dependable. I've just really been very happy with them. Anytime I call them, they come. It's hard because we're up in the woods, but they do great.

The company monitored the situation by setting traps outside the house, something which I could have done for far less money. They did not remedy the situation at all. They caught some of the rodents which were replaced by others. Their traps were useless and the problem continued. A trip tp Home Depot could have purchased the same traps for far less money and accomplished the same thing. Sae yourself the money and do it yourself. Remember, they do not promise to solve the problem. Be aware of what you are contracting for.

I’ve been using them for 10 years or so. I have a contract with them and they come out quarterly just because I had a problem with ants; so they charge every 3 months. They usually taken care of the many problems that I’ve had and their service is prompt. They are also professional. I’ve had a couple of situations where I’ve had a hornet’s nest or a wasp’s nest and when I’ve called, they’ve come in the next day for no extra charge because I am on a contract.

When I called and explained the problem whomever answered was very straightforward: he told me that with the dampness in my house that I described it was unlikely that the carpenter ants could be banished forever without eliminating the attractive leak. I told him that we were having a horrible invasion right now, these huge ants were all over the kitchen and living room and we just couldn't stand them another minute. Could he help me now anyway, as I have no idea how long it will take me to clean out the damp wood problem? He asked whether I wanted someone to come out and assess the situation and see what could be done. The exterminator came when promised early in the morning on the day we planned. He was friendly and straightforward He was thorough, he crawled around outside and went everywhere inside; he explained everything as he went, he investigated every question I had about possible pests in the house and talked to me about each. We agreed on a plan, with several different clearly explained pricing options, a simple contract if I wanted one with open options. He treated for carpenter ants that day and found a nest and several access points. He explained the outside work I needed to do to try to keep them coming in from outside. Then he followed up the mysterious plaster on the basement floor- determined that I had some animal invasion and found a lair for mice. He set traps and within 12 hours one was caught. It was such a relief that at least, for now, there are no carpenter ants to be found.

We do get carpenter ants at this time every year. The person who came was not a sales person but the actual exterminator. He told us that we did not have a nest in the house. Then he gave an estimate to treat the house inside and outside using three different methods. They were good. They gave us a lot of information. The person did not do as much inspection as the other company I used. He recommended a similar kind of treatment for a higher price. He was ready to warranty for three months though it was for an higher charge.
