"Had a whole house generator installed (generac) when installation was complete owner asked for remaining payment. I told him as soon as building inspector signed of on the generator i would pay . As soon as it got signed off I paid . Now i called to get the generator serviced and they said they would not come to my house to do it because i refused to pay until it was inspected . Do not use this company!! In my honest opinion."

Billy's entire team actually turned up on a Saturday for the installation in one of the coldest days of 2022 and worked outdoors and in the limited crawl space in freezing temperatures just so we could beat the upcoming storm the next day. Theor conduct was extremely courteous and professional throughout and they left us all feeling very happy and contented. Billy and his team have helped us on earlier occasions too in fixing the older unit and were exemplary even then. NEVER have we felt we were overcharged or received undervalue service"
