Office staff were courteous and helpful on the phone, and the tech (who came for the estimate as well as the execution) was courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and seemed to do a good job on the project. My only small issue was that due to an emergency call on another project, my appointment for the work to be done needed to be rescheduled. Then I got another call prior to the rescheduled date that all of the necessary parts were not ready for the following day, and we would need to reschedule again. In the end, they called back to tell me the parts HAD arrived, and the rescheduled date would be honored. Despite the scheduling issues, it was an overall positive experience, and I would call them again in the future.

Great product, great work, great service, great people. And very reasonably priced. Polar installed a whole-house mini-split system for us. Their crew got the job done in two days, every person was very courteous and focused on providing good customer service. They continued to support us and troubleshoot a product defect until it was resolved. I highly recommend these folks.

Customer Service was professional with scheduling an appointment, confirming the appointment, and notifiying when the plumber was on the way. I was told there was a $99.00 fee for the estimate that will be applied to the work if I decided to proceed with the project. The cost for the project was $420 which I thought was rather steep for a clogged bathroom drain. The job was finished in less than half an hour. I was told the price was minimum due to costs and overhead. Clearing a clog in a bathroom sink was a relativley simple job. When you factor in everything such as overhead costs, $420 is rather pricey. I was satisfied with the plumber who was friendly and professional and fixed the drain, but found the cost expensive.

Would hire this company again. Plumber was professional, answered all our questions, and thoroughly cleaned up any mess after himself.
