I've had a damp basement for years, and thought I would investigate new gutters as a first step toward solving the problem. Called Scott to make an estimate. When he called with the quote and description of work, I was skeptical about part of the gutter system that had been draining into an underground tile. He said that it was likely that the tile had been clogged by nearby tree roots and was currently ineffectual, and that I would be better off just using an extended downspout instead. He said that if the downspout wasn't an improvement, then he could come back and estimate the cost of installing a crock for drainage. They did the job in one day, and cleaned up so well that I wouldn't have been able to tell that I had had work done if the new gutters weren't in place. And sure enough, after nearly a year, my basement is dried out. In fact, I realized a month ago that I hadn't heard the sump pump run in a long time, and checked it to be sure it was still working, which it was. Scott and his crew really know what they're doing with gutters, and I recommend them highly.

After leaving a phone message, I heard back from them quickly. Was suprised they could fit me in so soon as this is their busy season. Performed work while I was not at home, and simply left the bill in the door. Looks like they did a great job.

Communication was very difficult -when crew arrived they were unable to do the work as it had been planned and did not have correct replacement gutters on the truck to finish all the work they said they were able to do as planned. They were going to return to finish.Billing was sent out prior to their finishing job .But when they returned again the work they did was not what I anticipated. There seemed to be a large disconnect between what I understood the original plan to be,and what the crew said they could provide,despite phone calls to the owner when I discussed this situation.

Scott came out and gave us an estimate about a week and a half before the work was done. We accepted the quote and he said it would be about 10 days before he could do the work. On the ninth day he called and said he would be out on the next day (the 10th day) to install the gutters. We went to work on that day and when we got home the gutters were installed and the area was spotless. Our neighbor couldn't believe how quickly he got the job done. In the past if we had a rain storm we might get some water or dampness in the basement. Yesterday, September 4th, we had one of the worst rain storms Rochester has seen in a long time. We went to the basement as soon as we got home and it was as dry as a bone. Quality work, beautiful gutters that match the trim perfectly and we never knew he was here until we found a bone dry basement. NEW Wave performed OLD FASHIONED work for us.

We singled out New Wave based on an earlier review that described how they designed a drainage system to work in tandem with their gutters for a client with water seepage problems that sounded like ours. When they came to give us an estimate, it turned out that we really didn't need an elaborate system like that, and we certainly appreciated their being honest about that. They were good about communicating, working well in our particular situation (second home; work coordinated through a family member on site). All the work was done promptly, professionally, with excellent cleanup. We were pleased to be able to pay with a credit card upon completion of the job.

Excellent experience overall. Galvanized downspout on an older property had split allowing substantial water seepage in basement. Repair estimate provided the next day with work scheduled to be completed within the week. When threatening weather approached I asked if date could be push up. New Wave accommodated and completed repairs before the storm hit. Professional workmanship and very reasonable pricing. Scott was timely (early!) for both onsite visits. I will definitely use them again.

Needed to reconfigure gutter drainage because of new patio going in. Patio contractor called and could start sooner than expected. I wanted gutters done first. I called New Wave and they adjusted their own schedule and got the job done in the nick of time. All went very well.

After checking Angie's List, I called New Wave Gutters for an estimate to replace the gutters on my ranch style home. The owner came out the next day and walked the house with me and told me just what he thought needed to be done and what his crew would do. He gave me an estimate on the spot. I thought the price was reasonable and decided to have him do the job. The owner told me it would be 7 - 10 days before his crew could do the work and he would call me the day before they would be there. 10 days after the estimate the crew arrived. They arrived at 9:00 AM and finished the job at 2:00 PM. They worked hard and were very professional. They cleaned up after the job and walked the house with me and showed me exactly what they had done. I was very pleased with the finished job. There is one very small complaint, I did not get the call the day before they came to let me know they were coming.

I called New Wave to inquire about getting an estimate for gutter repair or replacement. Scott called me back very quickly and was to my home the next day for an estimate. He provided a very thorough review with his recommendations and a very competitive price. While pricing was all about the same his recommended changes and the reviews on Angie's List made the difference. I am delighted with the work. The two man crew was professional, clean and polite. Excellent job clean up. Without question this is the company to use for gutter work.

I was exceptionally pleased with the experience. The owner came and gave me an estimate after designing a new setup to have water run away from the house more efficiently. He then took care of installing the underground drainage. The following week his crew came in and did the gutters and downspouts. They were very friendly and professional in their work. When his crew was taking down a lower gutter, I noticed a real need for scraping and priming before putting the new gutter up. When I asked if I could do this, the crew pleasantly obliged and moved to another area while I scraped and primed. The owner stopped by to make sure that all was going well while the work was being done. Done in just a few hours, the area around the house was cleaned up, all gutters and downspouts that were taken down were taken away and the job looked great.

Called via Angie's information. Got back to me right away and came out the following week to look at job and provide an estimate. Decided to move forward with New Age and two weeks later they arrived, cleaned and fixed my gutters. Were here for about an hour. Great job.

OMG! They are great, I have referred them today to a couple of my friends. They are definately rated the top. They are all of that and and some, to much to write. Best word of advertisment is by mouth and please believe me they will definately get my referral!

Scott was very prompt in answering all my questions and coming over to discuss how to best fix roof runoff overshooting the gutters and causing water problems in the basement. He also made suggestions on redirecting downspouts to prevent roof damage. The crew that performed the work was very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. They even accommodated my request to change additional gutter areas so they would be the same along the front of the house. I will be having them back yearly to inspect the gutters and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was appalled at the price of gutters from a local big-box store. My sister then recommended New Wave. They gave me an estimate that was half of what the big-box store wanted. They did nice work, including thoroughly cleaning up. I was very pleased.
