Quick estimate, fair price, timely installation and good work done

The job was completed in late August and the walkway is going in now. Scott has to pull up 3 sections of the old walkway to install the new pop-ups. I'm very satisfied so far and even tested the system with a hose in each downspout to see the system work and drain property. So far so good and Scott was very knowledgeable on the installation. He is one of the only people offering this system locally and I think he did the job well and for a good price. I would consider using him for any future gutter work and possible additional pop-ups.

Very busy company because of the excellent everything related to the service. And when needed, there is personal response and help. I am so glad and feel blessed to find an honest and reasonable contractor like Scott and Amy with New Wave Gutters! Every job has been excellent in all categories

That was through Angie?s List. That was the summer of 2015. The porch had been redone, so we needed new gutters. We were going out of town. They were amazing as far as scheduling us in. They scheduled us in before going out of town and before they could really fit us in. They were phenomenal. They did a beautiful job on the seamless gutters. Their price was amazing. That would have been the end of summer, probably August. I want to say the cost is $250. Their estimate was much lower than anyone else gave. It was really good. I mean, it wasn?t the whole house, it was just the front porch. He also, while they were here, they came around to put another downspout in, and they would have done that very reasonably in the back. Unfortunately, we had bees nests there and he was allergic to bees, but they did come back and do that at another time. ?A?s? on everything. We use them on gutter cleaning now.

Price was substantially lower than competitors and they squeezed us in on their calendar because we were going out of town and were anxious to get this finished before we left. They were really great.

The guy who came and performed the estimate was professional and knowledgeable. He offered good advice and gave recommendations that could look good with the rest of the house. His price was a little higher then hi-low gutters so I ended up going with the other company and seriously regretted it.

I got them through Angie's List and they are really good. Two workers came out. They were very prompt- they called me before they were on their way, and were here exactly when they said they would be and left when they said they would leave.

They did a good job. They returned our phone calls and they were prompt.

New Wave installed my gutters several years ago and I was very happy with their professional service, pricing, and installation. Recently I have had trouble finding a dependable company to show up and clean my gutters. I decided to call upon New Wave again and they responded immediately. The job was done, suggestion was made to have screens installed to actually save me money - and I will definitely have New Wave do this and future cleanings.

Scott and I talked at the beginning of December; he said he'd call in a couple weeks and would send an estimate. Although we had already agreed on the price and that he would do the job, I wanted something on paper. No estimate was sent. He called on Christmas to say he'd be there the next day. I explained I would not be home and we arranged for him to leave the bill for me . When I got home, the first thing I saw was a couple large (9-12and quot;) pieces of old gutter and a bracket. (They were supposed to clean up.) Picked them up and tossed. Weather was warming up and snow was melting. The next day I came out and saw more debris. Picked it up and tossed. The third day I took pictures of all the debris left in my bushes, sidewalk, yard and driveway before picking up. It took 56 pictures to cover the area. I collected the biggest pieces, put a yardstick next to them for perspective-about 36and quot; X 26and quot;- and took a picture. The debris I found on the driveway included screws, gutter pieces and some sort of metal bracket with a 2-3and quot; screw in it that looked like it was a spacer for inside the gutter. There were more gutter pieces and brackets in the bushes. I live in the city and there is little space between the houses. In the email I told Scott that not only had I driven over some of this debris with brand new tires when it was hidden by the snow, but that it would have been very dangerous if I had thrown the debris with the new (last year) snow blower. I told him that they did nothing to protect my landscaping or to deal with the snow cover which showed a lack of professionalism and that he was very lucky the snow melted to allow me to pick up most of the debris. On top of this one of the corners was not fitted properly and needed to be fixed. The response was from an employee that things would be dealt with promptly. The gutter got fixed in about a week and nothing was ever said about the debris. Originally, I had hoped to be able use New Wave when I replace the house and garage gutters in a few more years. Not happening now; I'll find someone else.

They reattached some gutters to the house. Very friendly, used good techniques and materials.

Scott, the owner was great to work with. He was on the job with the crew and actually did the work digging the trench and well for the two downspouts. They removed the very old and leaking gutters that were actually too small for parts of the roof and were contently overflowing. Then they proceeded to install all new seamless gutters and downspouts. The two installation people did a nice job with the installation. They made sure that the gutters had the proper slope so that the water would run out properly (Something that the original installers did not do when they built this house. I am the second owner who has been making many corrections to this 1987 built home.) We have been in need of new gutters for the past 11 years that we have been in this home. This was the year for new gutters and now we no longer have overflowing gutters! We also had them come back to install screening on our gutters. This was an additional cost to the service as stated in the review information ($720). This will help eliminate one of our gutter cleaning requirements each year. With all the trees in and near our yard, our gutters need two cleanings per year. I would recommend New Wave Gutters, Inc. if you are looking for a professional gutter company. It's great to deal with the owner and Scott is easy to work with.

It went very well. The old gutters were too small in diameter to handle our large roof area. We had had other firms try to fix our problem but they never realized it was the gutter diameter that was the main problem. These people saw it right away, plus identified problem areas with our downspouts. they were prompt, and very professional. Problem solved.

He called us back right away. He let us know when he was coming and came when he said he would each time. He spent a lot of time talking with us about our drainage problems before we had him do any work. He was very patient with us, polite, and professional.

New Wave didn't show up or call for the appointment they scheduled.

The gutters were as quoted and installed on time. Overall the work was well done but price was somewhat high. Because of the price I have very high expectations for longevity and performance.

They responded quickly to my call and gave me an approximate date as to when the service would be provided. They were both timely and very professional and I definitely plan to use them in the future..

New Wave was very good. We asked about gutter caps and was discouraged from buying them even when he could have over sold us- very honest.
