They did a great job. One of the workers damaged the heat tape and I received a call from the owner and he ordered and replaced the tape the next day. Highly recommend. Kept me in the loop thru the process.

I have waited for a few rain events to review the work done by D&R, but I have to say the work is excellent and my problem is solved. The water damaged siding was replaced and looks like new. John changed the roof flashing and modified the gutter and it leaks no more.

After discussing my gutter and fascia board repairs with a few home repair contractors that I found on Angie's list, we asked D&R Exteriors for a repair proposal. John DeVault did a thorough inspection of our roof condition and prepared a detailed estimate. We were pleased that we could get more gutter work completed within our budget than originally planned. In addition to the gutter and fascia repairs, D&R Exteriors also cleaned our gutters and reset loosed gutter spikes before reinstalling our gutter guards. The repairs were completed promptly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased and highly recommend them!!

John was available right away the very next day to clean my gutters. He was very professional and let me know where he was during the process. Very good value especially for being available right away. He also recommended larger gutters to help cut down on the overflow a bit. Also his cleanup was spectacular! we've had this work done over the past few years and they always leave trash behind. Not a single gram of trash was left behind! Absolutely spectacular!

Initial response to my inquiry was pretty quick and included a time frame from them when they would be able to come out to perform the work. I respond with a choice of dates I thought would work with a comment I had a few questions before we locked in the dates. My questions were around the gutter guard process/product, etc., Unfortunately I never heard back from them on my last question and then approx 4 weeks later the work time frame came and passed. Not sure why follow up contact did not happen from their end, but perhaps their schedule was at capacity. Still planning on having work performed so will be going back into Angie's list to look for vendors with solid customer service ratings to hire.

Our gutter was pulling away from house and water dripping into our foundation. Called and D&R was out the next day. They repaired the gutter and cleaned them all out. They tested the gutters to make sure they were draining properly to the street.

Very good job. They are a little slow in responding to messages, but overall very pleased with the interaction. They sent a bill via email and I was able to pay my invoice online.

Would highly recommend. Good communication, easy scheduling, arrived as scheduled, discussed the process , got right to work. Shared their findings , they were very thorough. They knew what they were doing and did a great job.

John was very easy to work with from the start. I called him on a Friday initially and he came out that Sunday to give me an estimate. Initially, we were thinking about having our gutters repaired, but when he showed me the cost difference between repairing them and buying new, it made more sense to purchase new gutters, given that ours were 20+ years old. He recommended larger gutters for our lower gutters since they handle a lot of water, and that was a great idea. His pricing was up front with no hidden costs. Once we picked the color of gutters, he was able give me an installation date within 2 weeks time. On the installation day, they arrived first thing in the morning, and were finished before I got home from work that day. John does great work at a fair price and I would recommend him and his crew to anyone.

John and his team did a great job on our house. I would use his services again. He got me a quote in a timely manner! His estimate was right on. He completed the work on time. Quality of his work is excellent and gutters and the repairs to soffit / fascia are great. The job site was cleaned after the work and all old material was hauled away. This company redirected our upstairs bathroom vents through pipeing and new roof vents. I did climb up into our attic space to inspect the work. It was impeccable.

John put new gutter guards on our house, cleaned the gutters and gave our system a much-needed tune up. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that the system was in top shape before he left. In addition, he was punctual, did what he said he was going to do and at the price he quoted. This is how you are supposed to do business! Would definitely hire again.
