Awesome! I really appreciate this company. I had gutters put on my house in 2017 by another company and with the first big snow this year I noticed icicles galore hanging off the gutters. I called the company that had done the install and 2 months later was still waiting for someone to come out and take a look. I called Brown's (who had done my roof in 2018) and Dan was out the next day to inspect the gutters & give me a quote. He showed me where they were pulling away from the house and not draining properly, hence the overflowing meltage and icicles. He quoted me a time of 3-4 weeks to replace them but they were in my area the following week so they were able to fit me into the schedule and it was all done & dusted within a week of my initial phone call. It took all of 2 hours and the gutters look so great compared to before.

Excellent job on roof replacement and pleased with the results. The workers arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the roof replacement within 2 days. The workers were experienced and had been with this company for years. They cleaned up all roof debris. Cost of replacement was as quoted by Dan Brown.

Very good. Materials came on 4/15/2019 when they said it will be here. But it was too windy and cold, so they came back and did the work 4/16-17/2019. They were very professional, clean up at the end of the day. Highly recommend them. Offer great discount.

Very unprofessional. I requested a quote and when I spoke with the man on the phone about setting up the estimate at a decent time, he hung up on me! They insist on a four hour window during the work week and he just ended the call when I asked about getting something after 5 or on the weekend. I've had quotes for this job from two other companies and both were more than willing to work with my schedule. Needless to say I can't recommend this company at all.

We are thrilled. The man that owns the company is so nice. He returns your calls and comes when he says he would show up. The workers themselves were on-time, got to work, cleaned up after themselves so my husband and I were very satisfied with this experience.

It was an excellent job done. A lot of stuff had to come off because it was down to the base. They did it in two days like they said they would do. They delivered and if I noticed anything when I looked at it that needed attention, they did it right then before they left. Mr. Brown was very professional and I felt very honest. I had three estimates and I just really liked Mr. Brown. I kept checking their work, I'm not a novice to having a roof put on. I've even been on my roof! Unlike some people who might not investigate, I paid attention. I would recommend him to anyone.

They did great. They worked very hard and kept work area clean and cleaned up everything afterwards.

It went really well. I had contacted 4 different companies in the area for estimates and Brown's was the only one that came by with a written proposal. They were punctual. It was just what one would hope for when dealing with a contractor. I was very impressed with them and the job was well done.

They came out right away and did an excellent job. They even spotted another place that needed a repair and did not charge us for that. We are very pleased with this company and would definitely hire them again. We would highly recommend them.

We had the entire roof replaced. We returned home to find shingles flapping in the wind with one of them standing straight up. When I contacted Dan Brown to let him know of this issue he Immediately became defensive and downright rude. When I explained that I had a picture to show him his reply was " fine I'll sit in front of my computer waiting for you to send it " there was no reason for the attitude. He did send a person out the next day to check my roof and they said that everything looked fine. I also brought to his attention that when his workers left my house my husband and I were picking up nasty cigarette butts out of my flower bed and off my driveway and that one of his workers decided to take a nap in my yard. He did not seem to concern but did say he would bring it to their attention. Overall the roof looks nice but the total experience with this company is something I would not recommend.

Everything went very well. Mr. Brown and team showed up on time, as planned, completed the project, as planned in a courteous and professional manner.
