Don was so so helpful, excellent and quick service, no high pressure sales, fair pricing, an absolute pleasure to work with!! Connected with Don through Angi after a basement flood and wet carpet. He was the first to reply, and made it out early the next morning. Don set up a few high powered dehumidifiers while I figured out insurance issues, even though I hadn’t committed to using his services yet. He was able to come back out later that afternoon. He quoted me on flood cut, carpet removal and dry out. While it seemed a very fair price I ended up doing carpet removal myself to save some $ due to low insurance max, asked Don to do the flood cut which he and another of his guys did an excellent job with and at a very reasonable and upfront price. He even left the dehumidifiers overnight at no extra charge and over a few days ended up making a few additional trips and really went above and beyond just to make sure I was good. Don is a small business owner who genuinely cares about his customers and helping them in those difficult emergency situations. he’s an old school “customer service guy” that believes good work at fair prices and happy customers like me are good business.
