Magic Broom Cleaning

Jonelle and her team have cleaned my house for the past couple of years. She was just here today and works so very hard to deliver an outstanding service. She is committed to cleaning every inch of your home, moving furniture, cleaning under cushions, cleaning light fixtures and even inside the microwave. She is someone that you can truly trust to be in your home. I really appreciate how she researches different techniques and products as she strives to be as efficient as possible. My house always feels brand new when she is done and she stands by her work to be sure that I am 100% satisfied before they leave. Thanks for the great job, Jonelle!!!

She didn't complete the job and ended up going over her quote. The quote started out too low. She wanted the job, but right away I knew she quoted too low for the job that I wanted her to do. She needs to be more realistic to do a good job. People pay for a good job, not just a quick job.

She did tell me she had experience cleaning this. She needs more experience providing a realistic quote. Because she quoted me a low price and the job ended up taking twice as much time as she originally quoted me. She did a really good job cleaning the bathroom. She took the job knowing that she was working other jobs at the same time, so my job couldn't get finished because she was working on another job. She didn't tell me she was fitting me in when she took the job. So I ended up having to waste a whole week waiting for her to complete a job that should've taken only one day. She never finished the work. She was working on other jobs and had some family issues and was stressed out. I told her not to worry about it and that I would finish the job myself. I owed her money and called her and spoke to her and she said she would meet me and call me to get paid. She has not called me back in two weeks, so I am concerned about her. I am happy to pay because she put in the hours and the hard work. I owe her money, but she is not calling me back.
