"Las Vegas Handyman & HVAC: "DON'T EVER CALL THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!" They did a job in my property on the begining of July and sent a plumber named Robert who was unproffesional, rude and overcharge us. We payed $900.00 for inspect and fix a leak in our garage, supposely coming from the master bathroom tub. The only thing he did was removed the toilets (2 bathrooms) and changed the rings and make sure didn't leak. Since the tolilets were going to be removed we bought new toilets to replaced the old ones. He was p***** off because we didn't inform him in advance about this change. We also ask him to install an Aim to wash Dual nozzle Non Electric Bidet attachment which cost $42.99 at Home Depot and he charged this installation $230.- This is plus the $900 we paid in advance to make sure we dont have a leaking problem. These guys were recomended by our real state agent since we just got the house and the leak was found in the home inspection. I don't want to be ripped off and grossely overcharged. We discoverd now, when we called a different plumber to install a water softener that the original leak was stii in the garage wall. By the way Robert wants to charge $610.- to install a water softener. We feel robbed !!!!! I hope this review help future victims of this crook company. BE AWARE!!!!!! "We were assigned a technician from Air Pro through our Home Warranty company for a leak in the faucet of a walk-in tub. The technician came out and told us we needed to purchase parts but he didn’t know where we could get them. He said we would be responsible for the parts and he would do the installation. We paid him the service fee and after he left I found all his tools in our garage. I tried to contact him at the number he gave us but the voicemail was full. It was a couple of weeks before he came back (after several phone calls) and we had the parts for him, about $400 from Amazon. He then left, saying he needed to get something from a hardware store. We never saw or heard from him again. We had to get a different company to come out, pay the service fee again, only to be told that sort of repair was not covered under our warranty. I was OK with that, but the Air Pro guy should have told us that. I should have kept his tools. When I disputed the charge with the bank, Air Pro responded that the technician came out and even though he gave us the wrong information, we had to pay. I’d give them zero stars—even negative—if I could."
