"I will like to start off with I’m sorry again to my new customers that have to see such a lie about our business. I will never call and ask anyone and ask if they are alone, when I spoke with her she says that she will like to have 3 antennas hardwired to 3 different tvs. And our company did just that she didn’t have an Existing roof antenna everything was installed by quality work she let me know on my arrival of the reason why she would want to stop using the Cox cable is because it’s very expensive I did let her know she won’t be able to get all the channel that she did with cox. She was okay with that being brought to her knowledge. Before starting the job I went over every price and let her know what it would come out to be. After taking her to each room and explain how much it will coast she allowed me to start the projects. Not one time did she leave my side she showed me around the house and kept conversation while I was working after everything is done and finished I got together my tools and wrote her a receipt. Before coming back in her son arivvee or grandson arrived I’m not so sure. He came to me and asked why it will be so expensive I stated that’s not expensive for 3 hours worth of work and also new installation with hardwiring. He said they didn’t have enough to cover the they expensiveness he asked if there was anyway I can give them a discount I let him know that I already gave them a discount for the projects I said I will not be able to bring the price down anymore [Member Name Removed] after coming in the house with her son or grandson told me that she will not be able to pay the remaining balance of $700 I let her know that if there will be no payment I will be going down to civil court house and filing a claim with them. I also let her know that I will be contacting Angie to let them know what was going on and she was not trying to pay for a project that was done inside of her home she did not like that and said that she will pay me the remaining balance I think her and walked her around her house one last time to show her all three projects for the antennas I asked her if she was satisfied with my work and the quality of work and she said yes I turned on every TV showed her every antenna showed her where the cords were going everything was OK until it was time for the payment at the end. Again I am sorry for my new customers that have to see this. I have tried reaching out to Angie to get this bad review dismissed since it is a very bad lie and there was no help with that even stating that my company has evidence of videos and pictures and voice recordings of the whole project at [Member Name Removed] house I hope there will be future investigations with ongoing lies from new customers to Angie that want to get the lowest prices possible because you’re not an actual LLC company"

"I would like to start off with saying I did inform (Member Name Removed) that because the drawer is heavy with a lot of silverware in the drawer. That is the reason why it snapped and broke the wood. I also let him know that if I do repair the drawer, he would have to Take some silverware out of the drawer so that it wouldn’t be so much weight on the drawer. He advised me that the reason why the drawer broke is because it’s old. I let him know that both of the silverware drawers were very very heavy and that is actually why it broke. (Member Name Removed) was OK with moving forward with the project after me letting him know that it will be a extra $200 due to having to solder a metal bracket together. The bracket was used for support on the wood so the drawer will be able to hold itself up. I also put 2 inch screws to drill the plates into place, and also added new screws to the rollers on the cabinet. He did advise me before leaving that he would like me to add drawer stoppers to the drawer. I let him know that there was really no way to add just any drawer stopper without replacing the rollers itself. He said OK and asked if there’s anyway that we can get the drawer from falling out from being pulled open too far I advised him yes I can put two thin pieces of wood to block the rollers from coming off the tracks. He said OK I’m fine with that. Let’s go ahead and do it. I created both the wood to put in front of the rollers and place them in place with no extra charge. When done with the project and it was ready for payment he advised me that he would like to pay with his credit card not debit card. I advised him I do not accept credit cards. I only accept debit cards Zell and check form. I have never stated that I accept cash or asked to be giving cash. (Member Name Removed) was very upset with having to pay $380 out of his actual banking account instead of using his credit card. (Member Name Removed) did end up giving me a check for $380 And I did let (Member Name Removed) know that if he took out silverware from the two drawers, and it still happened to break or come off track, I would come out no extra charge and fix it with my work warranty but in this case, (Member Name Removed) did not remove any silverware from the two drawers. He left it as is so I did let (Member Name Removed) know I will not be able to come back out and replace his drawer for free and not a extra charge. Because the fact I informed him to take weight off of the drawer, and it was not done."
