She said he told her the compressor will come back in 48 to 72 hours and the freezer will start working. However, there are no guarantees. By the time Friday came there was no change in the freezer working, so I did a Google search on whether a compressor can be tested, which stated there are several ways to test one. So I called the company and asked for the owner of the company. The person said that he is the owner, and recognizing my phone number, he stated that he was the one that worked on my refrigerator. My next statement was said as a means of expressing my wife's desperation to get the freezer fixed and told him my wife has stage four pancreatic cancer and was desperate to get the freezer fixed. I then said that I Googled ways to test a compressor and he cut me off to tell me what I found. He then said he did nothing wrong and everything he did was according to New Mexico electrician standards. I told him he needed to make this right and he became even more defensive and said paying $300.00 is better than paying $3,000.00, and then he said he needed to attend to his pregnant wife. I told him if he did not make this right I would sue him and he said to go ahead because he would gladly counter-sue me and hung up the phone. This man lied to my wife about testing a refrigerator compressor and had zero remorse about scamming us."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
