He diagnosed my problem over the phone with me (7:30am on a Sunday morning) until I had to leave at around 8:20am. He arrived at my house when he said he was going to and performed his diagnostic reading which confirmed what we talked over the phone about. Not only did he diagnose my problem he went above and beyond and created a diagram for me should that problem arose again so I will know how to fix myself. On the way in and out my wife informed me he played with my dogs. Hector is a masterful technician and an even better person. 10/10 all the way around."
