Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. He helped us renovate our primary bathroom (completely, down to the studs and completely changing the layout), created a main floor laundry room, and an extra bedroom. Emile provided a comprehensive estimate, which was accurate, and he finished the entire job within the agreed upon time frame within the estimate. His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. He went above and beyond in all respects, even when I decided to make changes to the design along the way, he was able to roll with them and told me how much various options would cost and other pros and cons of those options (tiling the whole bathroom vs partial, heated floors or no, different types of fixtures, etc)."
