Had a great experience with Built well on my complete gut renovation of a very old bathroom. Grant laid out everything very clearly, with great communication throughout the entire process. I had a tight timeline for finishing due to having guests coming to visit and he made sure everything was done by my timeline and to my liking. Reasonable pricing, trustworthy, highly communicative, and kept to schedule - would definitely hire them again!

Grant and his team were great to work with! Always punctual and understanding of our needs and flexible to our schedule. We asked for the project to be done in 3 weeks and they were right in the money!! Our bathroom looks awesome and their craftsmanship is next to none!

We hired Built-Well to install new doors in our house. This involved work in nearly every room in the house, but Grant and his team moved quickly, working around our schedule, and kept everything spotless as they worked. We are so happy with the finished project and will absolutely hire Built-Well for future projects. We have worked with several contractors in the past, but none have come close to the professionalism and quality of their work! We can not recommend them enough!!

Hired Built-Well to renovate our downstairs powder room, install mouldings in our dining room, and add onto our existing deck. They were extremely professional and worked with us with some of the changes to our plans that we threw their way. Everything is beautiful and they were a pleasure to work with.

I am a repeat customer of Built-Well Builders they are reliable and always do an excellent job at a fair price. Most recently I used them to install a new front door and a door to my garage. They installed locks and a new door bell. In addition they did a refresh of my powder room which turned out beautifully. They installed board and batten , fixtures and painted. Previously they renovated two full bathrooms for me which I was extremely happy with as well. They care about their customers and I would highly recommend them . You won’t be disappointed

Built Well did a complete kitchen, family room and powder room renovation. They also installed windows and a new stair railing that looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. I highly recommend them.

It went great! They were so nice to work with and my house looks so much better. Also, my house is very quirky but Keith, his brother Paul, and his son Grant were able to manage because they are so experienced and knowledgeable. My brother and father are having work done by Built Well too. Honestly, when they finished work on my house, I really missed seeing them. I know who to call next time I need to have work done.

I hired Built-Well Builders to extend a balcony floor in my home - giving me additional living space. The extension looks like it’s always been part of my home as everything matches perfectly! I absolutely love it. This is my second time using Built-Well. First time was my master bath and bedroom renovation; another project I was absolutely thrilled with. I recently just had my basement totally remodeled and renovated to make a playroom for my children. Keith and Grant's work is phenomenal! Everything came out exactly how it was supposed to and looks beautiful. Keith and Grant are extremely professional, respectful and go over everything with you to make sure you fully understand the process. The basement turned out so perfectly I hired Keith and Grant immediately after the basement project to gut out my master bath and 1/2 bath for a complete full renovation. I am so happy with the finished project and receive many compliments from all the guests who come to my house and see their finished work. I will only hire Keith and Grant for all future projects. Absolutely 5 stars!!!! Hire them for your project and you will be very happy with the work they do.

Grant and Keith were fantastic to work with. This was our first remodel experience and I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them. We had some bumps in the road as most home improvements due but Keith and Grant were able to quickly guide us through them, keep costs down and delivered a beautiful end result. We are already thinking of our next project and would absolutely work with them again.

My project was the installation of a new exterior door frame, door and sidelights. Grant oversaw the project through completion. I am completely satisfied with the work. The door and locks function seamlessly. I found Built -Well Builders to be reliable and professional and the quality of their work is great.

We could not be happier with the work performed by Grant, Keith and their team. They were professional throughout the entire process from quote to clean up. The main reason for this project was that our roof had had leaks and ice damming for quite a few years. A previous contractor had done substandard repairs to our chimney after hurricane damage, and the flashing leaked ever since that work was done. We got quotes for the roof repair from three contractors, and Built Well provided the most detailed and cost-effective quote of the three. Because of their professionalism we also had them replace our cedar shingle siding, which was dried and damaged. One really nice touch was that we had a really ugly central air conditioning pipe going up the side of the house, clad in a downpipe. Built Well opened up the wall sheathing and hid that piping inside the wall -- what a difference! The team went the extra mile, paying special attention to some of the finer details of the trim work. I wish i could add photos to this review, because the house is beautiful (with a roof that no longer leaks!). I would not hesitate to recommend Grant and Keith, and will work with them if ever I need any other major work done to the house.

—-Great Contractor —- We decided to remodel our kitchen and after speaking with a few contractors, we chose Built- Well Builders. From the initial consultation we found Grant and Keith to be great to work with. They did an amazing job with the kitchen, which was on time and on budget and they kept us informed though out the project. They are professional, neat, responsive and personable. Their product knowledge along with vendor relationships were quite beneficial to us when selecting the materials needed for our kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the work Keith and his son, Grant, have completed on our home. From siding, to windows, to our complete kitchen and bath remodel, each job has been completed on time, on budget and without headache. Keith manages the work from beginning to end is onsite to ensure everything goes according to plan. Our kitchen is beautiful and that was no easy feat in this old house. We have more work to do and Built Well Builders will always be our first choice.

After having shoddy repair work done on my leaking roof and exterior wall, I hired Keith and Grants team to right the wrong. Keith and Grant explained what needed to be done to stop the leakage.They appeared on time each day until the job was completed. They removed siding re-wrapped the house with Tyvek and took other measures to remediate the leakage. Shingles were replaced on the roof along with special waterproofing. Now that we have been through heavy wind and heavy downpours I am happy to report NO LEAKS !!!!
