"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry weâre not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say âsorry for your inconvenience, but youâll just have to find someone else.â WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Iâm not sure my words can express just how grateful we are to James from Morris Mechanical. Our AC died during this last heatwave at 4 A.M. and he responded immediately. He offered to come at 8. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. He helped us understand our options, how the A/C unit functions and although he had other calls came back the same day to install a new unit and coils. Although Iâm not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. We have tried 4 different hvac companies in the 5 years we have lived in our home and we will not use anyone other than james going forward."
