"They installed our unit in March 2015, and the unit induced motor was found to be defective in Nov 2015. They not only charged us for the service call but also charged us for the part which was under warranty. It was very unprofessional. The same part after less than 5 years failed again, and they took no responsibility for their workmanship. Customer service Person does not deal with the customer on the request. This time again they were charging us for the defective part and exorbitantly for the service call under the pretext that we did not sign a maintenance contract with them. So we did not finally go with them but went with another vendor who is far better and professional."

When I told Tom I was told the boiler could not be repaired, he insisted on seeing it for his own evaluation. He came in on a weekend and fixed it for a completely reasonable and affordable price, saving us over $15,000! Best of all our heat and hot water are both back and the house is once again warm and toasty! We are saving his number and will hire him again without hesitation. "Tech came out on Tuesday to service our furnace and look at duct work. Furnace was working but we could tell there was an issue. The tech told us that the diagnostics told him the furnace was ok but might need work in the future. 36 hours late our furnace stopped working. We called back and had the tech respond back out. They wanted to charge us another $135 service fee. Tech then found an issue with the capacitor and stated it needed to be replaced. Charged us $300 for a $35 part. The tech advised that the blower motor would most likely need to be replaced as well and quoted that at $2,290. 8 hours later our furnace stopped working again. The next day we hired a different company. They came out and advised it would cost $1,000 to replace the same. Before picking up the parts, the company checked and advised everything was covered under the warranty still and replaced the same for $350 in labor costs and service fees. The original tech made no mention of a warranty."
