Hired Tom to replace vales on 4 toilets and my bathroom sink. Arrived on time ready to start. He did an awesome job. He also noticed my refrigerator pump was leaking. He changed out the pump as well. Will be hiring him again for future plumbing issues.

Tom installed a hot water mixing valve and handle in our shower when it stopped working. Showed up on time and in the snow. Repiped anything that needed doing and charged a reasonable price. Would definitely use Toms plumbing and heating again for future services.

Tom is very responsive and fixed our shower temperature control dial . He is pleasant and his charges are reasonable.

He always says it shouldn't take more than an hour but he is very chatty not only with owner of the house but other workers on property and he charges for talk time too! He is correct in that the actual job is an hour but he spends another hour chatting and setting himself up taking his sweet time and charges from time he arrives to time he leaves - not the actual work time. I do not recommend this plumber.

Hired to fix 3 radiators. Came and said he diagnosed the problem, which seemed like he did, charged a few hundred dollars to quote the job and then never came back to actually do the job.

Tom made every efforts to complete the work with a very narrow working time window I provided for him. Excellent work and reasonable charge.

I have an old house with old fixtures. Tom mapped out a plan of attack and made it work. Didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. Good work.

We used Thomas Evans and had a great experience! He is very nice on the phone, answers all your questions and comes out to do the repairs right away. His prices are fair and is work is great! We highly recommend him.

Came out same day. Told me the parts I needed to repair a leak and told me Kohler would provide them for free. Did not charge me for this visit. When parts arrived from Kohler, he came out promptly, performed the work, charged me for slightly less than his time in the house. Since then I had him back on another other issue - remotely unlocking home for him while I was on vacation. I was happy with the quality, with the bill rate, and with his responsiveness to calls/txts and am recommending him to friends and neighbors.

He treated my issue like the emergency it was and did an awesome job with the installation of my hot water heater. From initial phone call to completed job … just hours . Ashford and Susan
