I contacted the provider by e-mail and he was prompt and responsive in sending me a basic quote and availability to perform the work. Unfortunately, he wasn't available to do the full job because of other professional commitments. The provider was responsive to my follow-up e-mails and call. I definitely would consider the provider again given my positive experience.

It was a dream. Joe was able to fit me in very soon after I sent out my request on Angie's list, and he arranged to come a couple of hours earlier than we had originally scheduled, in order to accommodate a last-minute request from me. He and his assistant took care of our problem quickly, and with obvious expertise. He also explained why they were repairing it the way they did, and set up a sturdy caution tape to keep anyone from walking on the steps for a couple of days. More than this, I had a delightful conversation with Joe on topics ranging from A-to-Z, and I found him a very amiable, honest and nice person. Why did I have to wait until I was selling my home to find a tradesman who was so easy to work with, so professional and outgoing and clearly expert at what he does?! I couldn't recommend him more highly. And I am a homeowner who cares about the details.

Joe did a fantastic job repairing our front steps where others said it could not be done... either they did not have the skill or were trying to get the big expensive job. We are very pleased with the work.

Very well. He was busy the past few months--had wanted it done earlier, but it was worth the wait. They were there when promised and finished when they said they would. Very professional from the time of doing the estimate until the finished product.

Joe is hands on and is on the job at all times. He and his very small crew removed the old patio materials and meticulously laid the new slate. The result is magazine-worthy. We live on a main street in our town, and people stopped Joe almost every day to comment on his workmanship. Joe is very fair in his pricing, and he discusses every phase of the job with the customer. We have used him for various masonry jobs, but this was by far the biggest job he tackled for us.

When Joe heard that I wanted the sidewalk and steps fixed, not replaced by a cement monument which other bidders were pushing. He gave me a great price. Said it would take him a month to get to me. It was done within a month. Beautiful job.

Seamless from beginning to end. Mr. Micciche returned my calls promptly, came when he said he would and explained what was necessary to make the repairs which were completed ahead of schedule. The work itself was beautiful, the price was fair, Mr. Micciche was professional but also personable and delivered what he promised and actually a little more, he put fresh mulch down around the porch foundation leaving the new foundation with a fresh look. Joe was terrific. He called me within an hour of my request for a quote. He came to my house the same day to look at the job and provide an estimate. He arrived 5 days later to do the job. Joe answered all my questions and concerns and was very helpful with suggestions on how to restain the concrete to make it look its best.
