Stacie and Bear are professional, thorough, and confidential during all inspections. Bear was trained by the reputable K9 Sniff Company to detect the scent of live bed bugs and viable eggs. His scent is far more accurate than the human eye. Stacie and Bear are accredited by IBBMA, the Integrated Bed Bug Management Association. To become IBBMA accredited both dog and handler teams have to pass a rigorous annual certification. IBBMA is an independent association that ensures canines and handlers meet the highest standard of performance in the industry in accordance with National Pest Management Association’s Best Management Practices.

"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."
