+ -1 moreIncredibly responsive in calling me back, at my house within 2 business days and showed up completely on time, including calling 20 minutes before. In addition to being incredibly efficient, they gave a significant repeat customer discount and really put me at ease by not using any scare tactics. If anything Peter was reassuring in stating that it is not as bad as I had imagined. I was suspecting that I would need to replace the soffit and expecting a big expense. Peter said he could repair it all for a nominal extra fee when he collects the squirrel traps. An absolutely painless experience, other than the thought of having squirrels in the roof. In all odds would not need them again but would definitely use them again refer without any reservations.
