Scot and the Identity Pest Controll team are responsive, professional, reliable, and effective. I received a call 4 min after submitting the job, Scot showed less than 2 hours later, and the work was completed within 20-25 minutes. I rarely post reviews, but Scot and the team at Identity Pest control deserve an A+ customer service grade! Recommend highly and will utilize their service again. Superb job!
