"***BEWARE*** E.R. Plumbing Services quoted my 86 year old mother $825 (plus the $95 diagnostic fee) to replace her kitchen sink faucet. They said the faucet would be about $125 and the labor would be $700. I found a comparable faucet on Lowe's website for $50, and I scoured internet forums for the highest quote any other plumber stated they would charge to replace a kitchen faucet and the most expensive was $300. This business is price gouging elderly clients. Thank God my mother called me before they did the repairs. I paid the $95 diagnostic fee and fired E.R. Plumbing Services. Will never hire them again."

"Tension cables were not installed. Post pulling out of ground. The work was estimated to be accomplished within a 4 day timeframe. It took 8 months. It was a nightmare.
