Then, to my amazement, ER's plumbing expert, Andy Harbin, repaired it! I haven't had hot water in weeks. Last night I took the best shower in my life. Everything worked perfectly.
Description of Work: I had very limited hot water, and other plumbing companies told me that I needed to replace my indoor, 17-year-old, gas, tankless water heater. Andy Harbin resolved all issues.

I expected to hear it needed to be replaced. Only a few items had to be replaced and the price even with the service fee was reasonable and much better than I expected. I highly recommend E R Plumbing, Noah H. and will use them again.

+ -1 moreWe left a message for ER Plumbing Services on Sunday, and they called back promptly Monday morning. Garrett from ER was out here before noon and took care of all our plumbing needs superbly and thoroughly! We've used ER Plumbing in the past and will do so again.
Description of Work: We had a kitchen faucet whose handle was no longer working properly, an outdoor faucet that had failed completely, a jammed garbage disposal that we were unable to fix ourselves, plus a few other very minor items. Garrett installed a new outdoor faucet and associated piping, examined the kitchen faucet, and fixed the disposal. The kitchen faucet handle wasn't fixable (the internal parts were no longer functional), but Garrett sent us a link to a comparable faucet and a price quote for purchase/installation. He didn't charge us for a few minor tweaks (such as tightening a bathtub handle). Garrett answered questions and thoroughly explained what he was doing. We were very happy with the quick response and very professional work. It is not cheap (no plumbing is), but definitely worth it! Thanks Garrett!
