Response from LeavesOut of the Blue Ridge
Reference is made to Mrs. [member name removed]' review of the work LeavesOut did for her installing 195 feet of LeavesOut gutter covers on her house at 335 Northwind Drive in Alexander, NC on May 7, 2015. Include in the work was to be the installation of 9 Big Mouth adapters to fully open the small 2" x 3" downspouts used on the gutter system. We reimbursed her the cost of installing one Big Mouth ($25) when it was pointed out that we had installed only eight. Our company policy is that if within 90 days the customer is not satisfied with the performance of LeavesOut, we will refund their money and take the system off their gutters. To this date Mrs. Fisher has made no indication of dissatisfaction with the LeavesOut performance. Yet her overall rating on our work is a grade of D. We do not understand why the rating is so low. In addition to the work we were paid to do, she asked us to do threee additional things at no extra cost to her.Because we are eager to guarantee customer satisfaction we cleaned the roof skylights, replaced fascia trim that had blown off the upper roof, and removed a wood shelf no longer in use that had supported a window air conditioner; all at no extra charge. the low rating hardly seems appropriate for the timeliness and quality of work that was performed. The review stated that work was completed on July 7, 2015 when in fact it was completed on May 7, 2015.
