With the exception of a delay due to the discovery of more rotted fascia boards that needed to be replaced prior to the gutter installation, everything went as planned and on schedule. Mr. Rose performed the work himself with one assistant. He was meticulous in his work. In fact, he is the only gutter installer I've personally seen that used a level. The job was completed as contracted and I am extremely pleased with the experience of working with Mr. Rose and with his work.

They were doing the work as scheduled and did a very professional job doing the installation. They cleaned the gutters which were full of debris and installed the guards. The gutter for the garage are was badly damaged and was replaced. They cleaned up the area when completed the work. They deserve high marks for providing a quality product that works efficiently.

The installer was punctual when he came to do the proposal and the install. He helped me to pick out the right gutters and color for my house. He did the work in the time frame he said he would and on the 2 coldest days we have had. He is very professional and such a nice guy that my Husband and I had him stay and eat chili with us to warm him up! I love my new gutters, the price we paid for them and I highly recommend Leaves Out! No more gutter cleaning!!!

President/Owner Cory Rose arrived promptly at 8:00 am to install the gutter covers himself (with the help of one worker) and was finished shortly before noon. He first had to remove the older gutter screens and clean the roof and gutters before installing the covers. The covers look great. When Cory first came several weeks ago to look at the job, he chose the perfect cover color that not only matches my gray gutters but also blends in with the roof shingle color. In fact, his helper went around with a can of spray paint in the same color provided by the manufacturer to cover any metal edges and screws. My house is surrounded by trees that drop a lot of leaves, limbs and twigs, but as I'm not about to climb on the roof myself, I consider a real benefit of Cory's service is that he will make a yearly visit (for an additional charge) to check the covers and clean the roof. This was a totally positive experience. I highly recommend Cory and his work, and would definitely use Leaves Out again.

They were prompt, courteous, explained everything, arrived on time, performed the work and cleaned up after themselves as well as clean out the gutters where the covers were installed. Extremely professional and personable person, explained each step pf what they were going to perform and continued to communicate throughout of the process. I also had a trouble spot on the barn where horses have previously crushed down spouts and Cory came up with a solution that should stop that from occurring in the future. Would certainly recommend Cory and Leaves Out for gutter installations and Leaves Out.

He gave me a quote as to how much the overall project was going to be to install the gutter guard. He was very nice and professional but I decided I could not afford the total project cost. Great customer service from him and his office staff.

He was prompt - respectful - mannerly. Went the extra mile honoring guarantee from 2206! Small hiccup that could have gotten worse - clogged down spout - not Leaves Out's fault - then fixed it / said if that didn't work he'd come back, no charge. It worked! Gave him $20 for gas for coming out here (didn't have to - my call, not his)

Told me I could use present gutters, just needed cleaning, which he did. Also several few places that the nails had come out. Put in new gutter covers. Removed old ones. Put in new downspouts. Warranty that is for life time & transferable to new owner if you sell your home.

It took them about a day or two day. They did this on a one story home. They did a fairly good job, but years later I did find some spots that needed work.

We had tree limbs to fall on the roof bending the gutters. We had previously had LeavesOut installed to the original gutters and had been very pleased with the result. Angie's list recommended S.R. Simmons Corp. so we called them. When we called, the lady was very helpful and promptly sent someone out to give us an estimate. We were then given a date to have he work done. Everything went very smoothly and the installers were very efficient. They did the job and cleaned away all debris and were friendly and professional. We are happy to report that after some of the heaviest rain we have ever seen, the gutters are doing the job. We are well pleased with this company.
