We take our time to meticulously engineer our systems from the ground up to ensure that our systems will work well to complement the homes and lives of our customers.

"We decided to update our surround sound system and have our tv mounted on the fireplace in conjunction with other fireplace work. After meeting with, and receiving estimates from, a number of highly rated providers on Angie's List, we decided to go with Immersive Homes. Doug was very responsive to our initial request, making time to come out to see the project on a Saturday, less than 24 hours after the initial contact. He took time to discuss options and came back with 3 estimates at different price points by the time the weekend was over. He was extremely flexible, answered questions, and ultimately gave us a fourth estimate that combined aspects of the others. Once we decided on Immersive Homes, Doug was in regular contact with us and the contractor doing stone work on the fireplace, taking great care to coordinate his work with theirs to minimize disruptions at the house. Doug moved our tv from the wall to the fireplace and replaced our old system with a new soundbar, new receiver, Apple TV, in-wall surround speakers and a vastly better subwoofer, and rewired so that all components, including the cable box and Blu-ray player, are now in the closet, plus replaced all of those remotes with one universal remote. He also took great care to calibrate the system, ensuring the sound was optimized for the room. When we need any kind of home theater, network or home automation help in the future, we'll go with Immersive Homes."
