How I work is a combination of a gentle soft approach that has an easy flow to help with trust and safety along with a strong determination and persistence to break through any blocks preventing progress and growth. "I was charged $802.00 for the replacement of the valve but valve was not the issue. And I was charged $134 for an initial diagnostic that was incorrect. They then identified the issue as being something completely different then the valve and again wanted to charge me again $134 for a second diagnosis and $267 to replace a part that has one screw. It was covered under warranty so was free and took less then five minutes to replace. After paying them almost a thousand dollars the issue was not fixed and they wanted to keep charging for more parts so I had another company come out to look at it. Sheer Comfort found the issue in ten minutes. A loose wire. I was charged almost a thousand dollars for a loose wire."
