They are really good. They always come out the first week of November. They are honest and forthright. They are prompt, punctual and good customer service. They are a great outfit. I am happy with them. I will continue to use them.

We purchased our home in July of 2013, inheriting our first set of gas logs ever. The cost reflects the cost of the gas. We were running our fireplace on fumes!

These backwoods boys are both idiots and crooks. Last year the gauge did not work. It was stuck on 60% then dropped to 0 after being tapped a little by hand. I did not realize this until after I had paid $170.00 for a repair man to diagnose my system, and found nothing. I informed the office of the incident, and was told the regulator probably froze, or it could be this or that. So after filling the tank again, a few months later, during a very cold stretch of weather, the gauge again read 60% and we had no fuel, thus no heat. The delivery man came out, spent a few mins messing with it, and then try to tell the office that I had read the needle BACKWARDS! There is a fat end and a narrow one, which do you think the pointer should be read at? It just so happens that the opposite of 60% is 0%. So he flat out lied, and tried to make me out to be an idiot. They replaced the gauge, and I hoped that would fix it. SO, we go through this again, but I kept an eye on it, and when a few weeks had passed, I tapped the gauge and it indeed dropped down to 30%. So obviously there was a bigger problem. So they decided to deliver a new tank, and in the process broke branches off my trees installing it, as well as taking out a wooden fence on the main road leading out of the subdivision. I brought this to the attention of the office, but the cost of the fence repair landed on the neighborhood assoc. In all fairness, I have to say that the office manager has been very patient with my aggravation and very professional in his approach, however ALL of the various workers I have had contact with are substandard. If it didn't cost money to remove the tank, it would have been gone by now. BTW the first time the new delivery guy delivered, he wanted to move the tank to the other side of the house and have the house re-plumbed, just because he is so out of shape he didn't want to perform deliveries at the location that the tank has been at for 20 yrs!

I stopped by their showroom location to view their product selection and selected the items I wished to have installed in my home. We set up an appointment to have the work done at this time. On the day of the appointment, the crew arrived on time and confirmed where I wanted to have the propane heater installed and where they were going to place the propane tank. They worked neatly and when they were finished, made sure to clean up the areas where they had been working. One of the members of the installation crew went over the operation of both items and handed me the manuals for both.
