"He improperly installed the flashing in my home. Metal roof. 6 roofers have inspected the install and describe as poor installation job. Not only did my home leak for two years, Orcas insuance - is not BONDED. So damages done with minimal coverage. I have to do a whole new roof due to improper install as no one will fix as they cannot warranty repair of the job. Look elsewhere. Don't purchase a metal hearth, it rusts over if any water gets on it wether from either snow or a leaky roof. My roof never leaked before. He lied to me and stated he inspected my attic for water damage, where he wasn't able to access my attic space. Please reconsider whom you hire. It will save you money in the long run!"

Once we had a furnace issue, we got one previous estimate before having having Hotchkiss give a quote. The previous company insisted that our only option was to.completely replace our entire furnace, which was going to cost over $3000. Also, we would have to go without a furnace for up to a week, while we waited for the replacement to come. In the interim, we contacted Hotchkiss, who immediately sent an employee right over to see if they would be able to replace it quicker. The technician easily determined that our furnace did NOT need to be replaced at all. In fact, it was a simple solution replacing a small part. They were able to change out the part, On the spot, And our total bill came to $75. Since that day, we have never considered contacting any other businnes for our heating and air needs.
