+ -1 moreWork quality is perfect but waaaay overpriced. Get a written bid well in advance so you can get competitive bids. Michael was unwilling to negotiate and I was stuck. Then he wrote me nasty text messages and was abusive. I would not recommend him or hire him.
Description of Work: Michael did a very large bathroom soaking tub project. He provided me with NO advanced price until the day he was to start with $7000 of materials... and handed me a bill for $11,200. He charges $65/ hour but the job was fixed price. I checked with other tile setters of excellent reputation and skills who would have charged considerably less.
